Customer Responsibilities

You agree that:

  • You have rights to all photos, logos, branding assets, and materials provided.

  • Submitted materials do not infringe upon any third-party rights.

  • Submitted content complies with applicable laws and regulations.

You assume full responsibility for all content submitted to Estate Reels Pro.

Intellectual Property

Customers retain ownership of original uploaded materials.

Upon full payment, customers receive a non-exclusive license to use delivered videos and media for lawful business and marketing purposes.

Estate Reels Pro retains ownership of:

  • Website content

  • Software

  • Templates

  • Workflows

  • Processes

  • Proprietary technology

  • Branding and trademarks

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of Estate Reels Pro intellectual property.

AI-Generated Content

Certain services may utilize artificial intelligence technologies.

Customers acknowledge that AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies, inconsistencies, artifacts, or unexpected results.

Estate Reels Pro makes reasonable efforts to review deliverables but does not guarantee perfection or suitability for every intended use.

Turnaround Times

Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience only.

While we strive to meet stated timelines, delivery dates are not guaranteed and may vary based on project complexity, workload, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control. You will be notified promptly if any issues arise that affect the delivery window.

Revisions

Revision policies may vary by service offering.

Minor revisions may be accommodated at our discretion.

Substantial revisions, scope changes, or additional requests may incur additional fees.

Payments

Payment may be required before work begins.

All fees are stated in U.S. Dollars.

Failure to provide payment may result in suspension or cancellation of services.

Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of digital creative services, completed projects are generally non-refundable.

Refund requests may be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Estate Reels Pro reserves sole discretion regarding refunds.

File Retention

We may retain project files for a limited period following delivery.

Customers are responsible for downloading and backing up all delivered materials.

We are not responsible for lost files after delivery.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Estate Reels Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from use of our services.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the applicable service.
