By accessing or using our website, services, software, applications, or content, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Services

Estate Reels Pro provides image-to-video creation services, video editing services, AI-assisted content generation, marketing media production, and related software tools.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements to use our services.

Customer Responsibilities

You agree that:

  • You own or have permission to use all submitted content.

  • You have rights to all photos, logos, branding assets, and materials provided.

  • Submitted materials do not infringe upon any third-party rights.

  • Submitted content complies with applicable laws and regulations.

You assume full responsibility for all content submitted to Estate Reels Pro.

Intellectual Property

Customers retain ownership of original uploaded materials.

Upon full payment, customers receive a non-exclusive license to use delivered videos and media for lawful business and marketing purposes.

Estate Reels Pro retains ownership of:

  • Website content

  • Software

  • Templates

  • Workflows

  • Processes

  • Proprietary technology

  • Branding and trademarks

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of Estate Reels Pro intellectual property.

AI-Generated Content

Certain services may utilize artificial intelligence technologies.

Customers acknowledge that AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies, inconsistencies, artifacts, or unexpected results.

Estate Reels Pro makes reasonable efforts to review deliverables but does not guarantee perfection or suitability for every intended use.

Turnaround Times

Estate Reels Pro is committed to delivering completed video orders within 36 hours of receiving a completed order.

While we make every reasonable effort to meet this commitment, delivery may occasionally be affected by unforeseen technical issues, exceptionally high order volumes, events beyond our reasonable control, or other circumstances that could impact production.

If a delay becomes necessary, we will promptly notify you, explain the reason for the delay, provide an updated estimated delivery time, and work diligently to complete your project as quickly as possible.

Revisions

Each completed video order includes one complimentary revision to address reasonable adjustments, such as minor timing changes, text updates, image replacements, or similar modifications.

Requests that substantially change the original project scope including additional content, significant creative changes, or multiple rounds of revisions will require additional production time and is subject to additional charges.

Estate Reels Pro will notify you and process any applicable charges before additional revision work begins.

Payments

Payment is required before work begins.

All costs are stated in U.S. Dollars.

Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of digital creative services, completed projects delivered to the customer are non-refundable.

Refund requests may be strictly evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Estate Reels Pro reserves sole discretion regarding refunds.

File Retention

We may retain project files for a limited period following delivery.

Customers are responsible for downloading and backing up all delivered materials.

We are not responsible for lost files after delivery.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Estate Reels Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from use of our services.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the applicable service.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE."

We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding:

  • Availability

  • Accuracy

  • Reliability

  • Performance

  • Fitness for a particular purpose

  • Non-infringement

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Estate Reels Pro, its owners, contractors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising from your use of our services or submitted content.

Termination

We reserve the right to refuse service, suspend accounts, remove content, or terminate access at our sole discretion.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located within Arizona.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.

Continued use of the services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
